Established in 1986, over two decades ago, initially with a specialty in Hewlett Packard memory upgrades, today HpPartsTrader has matured into an e-commerce center that supports a large and diverse Hewlett Packard hardware products database, including computer memory, hard drives, CPUs, and other products and accessories for all major brands of servers, desktops, notebooks, laptops, and routers.

In addition, we support older (legacy) computers for which upgrading would otherwise be difficult for customers. Any computer equipment will improve its performance with more memory. And when upgrade is possible, replacing a system’s processor with a faster one will improve performance and hence extend its useful life. Keeping the existing machine alive is much more cost effective than replacing it, considering that the labor users have already put into their machines far outweighs the cost of the machine. Realizing this, HpPartsTrader specializes in fulfilling its customers’ needs.

Shipping Policy

Shipping times

We ship our products from our warehouses in the United States, using UPS, FedEx, and USPS as our primary delivery carriers. Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours. The following is a list of the shipping services we offer, and their respective cut-off times:

Ground - (3-7 business day transit time US ONLY). cut-off time is 2 P.M Pacific Time. Ground orders may be shipped by UPS or USPS depending on location.

UPS 3 Day - (3 business day transit time US ONLY). Cut-off time is 2 P.M. Pacific Time.

FedEx 2 Day - (2 business day transit time, US ONLY). Cut-off time is 2 P.M. Pacific Time.

Standard Overnight - (1 business day transit time, US ONLY). Cut-off time is 2 P.M. Pacific Time. May be shipped UPS Red Saver service or FedEx Standard Overnght service depending on location.

Priority Overnight - (1 business day transit time, US Only). Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 A.M. Cut-off time is 2 P.M. Pacific Time. May ship UPS Red or FedEx P1 Overnight, depending on location.

International Shipping - We ship all international orders using FedEx International Economy shipping method. Cut-off time is 2 P.M. Pacific Time.

APO/FPO - All APO/FPO orders are shipped using USPS Registered Mail.

Puerto Rico/Canada - All Canada/PR orders are shipped using FedEx International Economy shipping method. Cut-off time is 2 P.M. Pacific Time.

Saturday Delivery - (Friday orders, US ONLY). Cut-off time is 12 P.M. Pacific Time. May ship using UPS or FedEx Saturday Delivery shipping method.

If you need the product to be shipped later than the specified cut-off times, please contact our Sales department to see if this is possible, and we will try our very best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Delays

  • We do not process or ship any orders on weekends or on major holidays.
  • All orders require time for processing. Shipping services that are guaranteed, are only guaranteed as such for transit time. This does not include the time it takes to process your order. Please understand that we are still human, and while most of our orders are shipped the same day, we cannot guarantee it.
  • Exact delivery times to HI, AK, PR, Canada, and for international cannot be guaranteed.
